raphne is the perfect jacket from spring to autumn. The jacket has four large, sewn-on pockets and a belt.
for this collection we transform found objects into new, unique products with a touching sense of nostalgia.

fabric
for the raphne jacket, we acquired leftover fabrics when OFFCUT Lucerne was closed down. OFFCUT collects and sells used and leftover materials, turning them into new materials.
care
cleaning is possible, but often not necessary. a few hours in the fresh air, and you usually have a “cleaned” piece again. If it is absolutely necessary, you can wash the garment by hand in lukewarm water, squeeze it out carefully and dry it in the air.
the design, the pattern and the prototyp from raphne jacket is made at the studio of velvet novel in lucerne, switzerland. the jacket is remanufactured by dorota and her team in poland. the studio is located in stettin, close to the german border. it’s a small team of six seamstresses.
